After my recent divorce, I was devastated. I found myself sitting home on the couch feeling sorry for myself while shoving my face with food. For about three months, I didn’t leave the house. I have decided that I am just going to start by eating a sensible diet, and working out as often as I can. I don’t want to do anything that makes me feel like I can’t do it, but I want to also know that I am not going to gain a lot of weight. I just want to feel good.

The Diet I can Live With
There are so many thing that I like to eat. I just know that if I try to go on a diet that makes me cut out everything that I like, I will just not stay on it. Maybe if I can just eat a sensible diet, I can eat something that make me feel good, too. I know that I can’t eat everything I want when I feel like eating it, but if I can just have one or two things a day that I love, I know I will be able to stick with a diet like that.
