I never enjoyed the taste of coffee. Instead, I drank energy drinks. I didn’t realize how much sugar was in the energy drinks until I seen a program on the late night news. I then realized this may have been the cause in my increase in weight. I found information on the acai berry diet that was an energy drink made from natural products. Not only did the drink increase energy, it also worked as a dietary supplement. I knew how great the acai berry was for the body I just didn’t realize how it would fit so perfectly in my lifestyle! I was able to lose the extra pounds I had put on as well as keep my energy level high.
