Find Advice On Your Controlled Acai Diet HERE

I am a certified nutritionist and work at the local college and love what I am doing. Every day I get students that come in wanting help losing weight, but do not know where to start. I tell them the key to losing weight is to have a controlled diet that is manageable for them at all times. I assure them that they can still enjoy their favorite foods, but they have to limit themselves to a reasonable portion size. As long as they stick to a diet and exercise regularly, they can achieve what they want as long as they are dedicated.

All Over Good Health
My sister has been on a health kick ever since she went into college. She claims that she is not going to gain what they call “the freshman fifteen” so she is working hard at staying fit, being active and eating right. She also has started this acai berry diet that she says works wonders. She isn’t trying to lose weight so that isn’t really her goal but she is wanting to be in overall good health. She wants to make sure that she is healthier coming out of her freshman year than she was going in. So far she seems to be meeting her goal.

The Hook
I was watching a talk show the other day and I saw something that grabbed my attention. It was talking about a diet that could not only raise your chances of fighting off things like cancer but also could aid in losing weight. I stopped in my tracks to hear what the diet was called. To my surprise it was all based around a small berry called the acai berry diet. I listened to the rest of the program and i was hooked. I will be doing a bit more research before I put my money into it but this sounds like a diet for me.

Giving it a Try
I am looking for a diet that works. Of course, I am aware, that anyone looking to lose weight is looking for the same thing. I just want one that is not too terribly difficult to follow and that doesn’t cause me to starve myself. I have seen plenty of shows on acai berries and wonder if all of this hype is true. It is not expensive to try so I figure that if I do try it and do not see the results that i want then no harm is done. I am hoping though, that this will be the one that I can stick with and makes a difference.
